JEN WELTER
Coach #JenWelter is best known as the first female intern to coach in the NFL as an assistant LBs Coach with The Arizona Cardinals. However, what most people don’t know, is that Coach Jen broke into men’s professional football as the first female to play running back in men’s pro football. From that experience with the Texas Revolution, Coach Jen started her coaching career as the LBs coach with the Revolution.
Following the NFL, Welter became the Head Coach of the First Australian Women's National Team fielded in July 2017; joined the advisory board of the Pro Football HOF's Game for Life Academy, and wrote her first book Play Big, Lessons in Living Limitless from the First Woman to Coach in the NFL.
In 2018 she founded Grrrridiron Girls flag football camps for girls & took the story digital by partnering with Toya to develop A series of Minecraft Worlds titled “Coach Jen.”
Prior to joining the men's game, Coach Jen had an amazing career in women's football which included 2 Gold Medals with Team USA, 4 World Championships, and 8 All-Star selections. While playing football, Dr. Jen obtained her PhD in Psychology, and a Masters in Sport Psychology. Dr. Jen also have a BS in Business from Boston College.

TESSA GROSSMAN
#TessaGrossman is in her second season as the head strength and conditioning coach for Middle Tennessee football and women's basketball. She was promoted to Associate Director for Strength and Conditioning in July, 2022.
Grossman was a Bill Walsh Diversity Coaching Fellow for the Cincinnati Bengals, where she participated in virtual Q & A sessions with the Bengals' physical therapist and their strength and conditioning staff. The fellowship program was adapted due to COVID protocols. Grossman however, in 2021 she began work with the Falcons' strength and conditioning staff.
Grossman received her B.S. degree from Dartmouth College in May, 2020, and her Master of Science in Sports Psychology and Biomechanics from Illinois State in 2022.
